Oh Quinn. You are joy and trouble and sass all rolled up into one squeezable bundle.
Before I had you, I never understood moms who called their little girls sassy, fiery, or feisty. I (secretly) thought maybe those moms were projecting those qualities onto their little girls, and that it might just become a self-fulfilling prophecy once they reached teen-hood.
Was I ever wrong.
Kids are born the way they are.
Quinn, when you YELL “nuh-nuh-nuh-nuh” (no no no no) when I try to hold your hand in the parking lot, I get what all those moms meant.
And when you grab any flower you see and try to blow it like a dandelion, or when you pound your chest and make your gorilla sound, my heart nearly jumps out of my chest, and I hope you know that I’ll always love you just the way you are.
Sassypants and all.
Now let’s talk about this dress. It’s the cutest, right?? When Sonia and I connected on Pinterest, I immediately asked her if she’d like to do a giveaway for us. I love her products, but even more, I love that she’s a mom (just like the rest of us) using her gifts to run her own business.
