I’m Erica, and welcome to Let Why Lead! My goal is to let why I live determine how I live, and my hope is that this blog can be a place where intentional women come together.
I was raised in Tempe, Arizona, before heading to Brigham Young University to study journalism. After my first two snowy winters, I met a really good looking guy who loved skiing and dirt bikes and business. I walked on clouds during our courtship and then—once we had tied the knot—found out we were pretty much opposites! (Skiing and dirt bikes??) We’ve learned a lot through seven years of marriage . . . and still have plenty to figure out about each other!
We welcomed our first son in the summer of 2008, and eighteen months later, another baby boy. Three weeks ago, we gave them the cutest little sister! We currently live in the Bay area, where I manage our complex of 53 condos, chase around three kids, and blog whenever possible!

Erica, I love your blog! Congratulations on your new baby. I am impressed with the fact that you came out to party and have 3 under 5 (including your beautiful girl). I am getting mentally prepared for the transition that is coming ahead for my family as well. All the best to you and this will not be my last visit at all.
