When does the challenge start and finish?

You'll receive a welcome email shortly after signing up, and then the first lesson will arrive in your inbox two days after that. This will give you some time to prepare—gather any books you might want to read during the challenge, find a place away from your bed to charge your phone at night, etc. After that first lesson, you can expect 6 more lessons in the following 6 days, for a total of 8 emails.

What if I’m unsatisfied?

First, I don’t believe you will be. Participants who commit to following through completely transform their bedtime routine. But if for some reason you're unsatisfied, we offer a full refund within 30 days.
