The other day I posted the following on my family blog:
In no time at all, the comments came in:
I love so many things about this. I love that my sisters (and a cousin, although my screen capture didn’t fit her—thanks, Jeni!) immediately chimed in with how they’ve experienced my dad’s talent with kids. I love that my dad took the time to comment in his cute way—and said, “Love you all.” I love that my mom says opposites attract, when really, she is amazing with kids! (She taught kindergarten for how many years??)
And mostly, I love that my family blogs. 🙂 Or at least reads mine. haha
But seriously, a supportive, involved family—even when we live hundreds of miles apart—is a tremendous blessing.
Those comments made my day.
