Think of this challenge as a nudge to...

  • ... Go to bed feeling fulfilled instead of depleted.
  • ... Consider how your technology use might be impacting your quality of sleep, as well as your closest relationships.
  • ... Finally give yourself the self-care you never fit in.

For 7 days, I'll send you a short lesson exploring a benefit of a soul-filling wind-down and walking you through the process of designing a customized routine that works for YOU.

What others are saying...

"I can't tell you how many times I've regretted the way I spent the last hour of my day. I think most of us are significantly under-utilizing this pocket of time in our days, and after taking Erica's challenge, I know my nights going forward won't be the same. It was a much-needed change." Rebecca Cooper, Founder of Simple As That
"I had one particularly rough day while participating in the challenge, but because of the peaceful bedtime routine I was developing, I was able to process my thoughts and get into a better headspace instead of ignoring them with my usual distractions. I started the next day feeling ten times better. It was just the lesson I needed on the power of a purposeful evening routine." Shauna Faulk, Mini-Course Participant
"As someone with ongoing health challenges, I was drawn to the idea of creating a wind-down routine that could help me reduce stress and get better quality sleep. In seven days, the challenge led not only to improved health, but far greater enjoyment of my nighttime hours. Rather than staring at screens, I’m now turning to activities that nourish me. Rather than falling asleep too late from sheer exhaustion, I’m intentionally going to bed feeling content." Natalie Jill, Mini-Course Participant

FAQ's

When does the mini-course start and finish?

You'll receive a welcome email shortly after signing up, and then the first mini-lesson will arrive in your inbox three days after that. This will give you a bit of time to prepare—gather any books you might want to read during the challenge, find a place away from your bed to charge your phone at night, etc. After that first mini-lesson, you can expect 6 more mini-lessons in the following 6 days, for a total of 8 emails.

What is the cost?

The cost is $19, partly to cover my costs for creating and running it and partly so that your monetary investment motivates your personal investment throughout the course. (Research confirms this!) I promise—The change you'll see in your life is well worth the few dollars a day you'll spend for it.

What if I’m unsatisfied?

First, I hope you won't be! Participants who commit to following through and participating in the private Facebook group see the most transformation. But IF for some reason you're unsatisfied, I offer a full refund within 30 days to those who demonstrate their involvement with the course content.
